· Senior Project Manager responsible to manage the construction/renovation of 12 K-12 school facilities (7
constructed concurrently), totaling 1,250,000 s.f. of new construction and renovated space providing Owner’s
Agent, Agency Construction Management and Construction Management At-Risk services with construction costs
totaling $245 million. Other projects include a $12.5 million S.T.E.M. (Science Technology Engineering &
Manufacturing) vocational school renovation and $7.2 recreational center renovation project providing Owner Agent
services.
· Responsibilities for all projects include preconstruction planning, managing home office and field staff of up to 12
associates, implement and oversee all construction activities and project controls with a heightened focus on
schedule planning and management, resolution of any claims or disputes, controlling project costs, establishing
quality assurance processes and ensuring quality installation of work, project closeout and maintaining multiple
owner’s satisfaction.
2/05 – 1/07 Bovis Lend Lease, Columbus, Ohio
· Project Manager II assigned to manage two concurrent detention projects providing Agency Construction
Management services. One of the detention facilities included renovation affecting all areas of the facility during
100% inmate occupancy population and was completed on time and under budget with zero inmate incidents. Total
construction cost for facilities were $35 million.
· Responsibilities included managing the estimating process, developing and providing value engineering and design
review comments, participating in community-based informational/promotional activities with the county
commissioners to foster support for projects, managing field and office staff of 7 team members, implementing
and overseeing all project controls, project administration, overseeing all field operations, claim/dispute resolution
and project closeout.
2/03 – 2/05 R.P. Carbone Company, Mayfield Heights, Ohio
· Project Manager assigned to oversee the renovation and construction of three facilities providing Agency
Construction Management services for a district wide program totaling $32 million in construction cost. Also anaged
the construction of a 400-seat, $3 million, and state-of-the-art auditorium addition.
· Responsibilities included managing and participating preconstruction activities including estimating and bid package
development, managing field operations, implementation of all project controls, project administration and managing
home office and field staff of up to 5 associates.

· Project Manager assigned to oversee the construction of two concurrent district-wide construction programs totaling
$72 million in cost providing Agency Construction Management services.
· Responsibilities included managing all preconstruction activities, managing home office and field staff of up to 6
associates, implementation and management of all project controls, overseeing all field operations, managed district
locally funded initiative consisting of additional gymnasium and academic spaces.
· As a result of heightened performance and capability, assigned as a Team Leader within the company mentoring
program to assist and aid developing associates. Primary focus included assisting project engineers and developing
managers resolve various challenges on their projects including resolution of project claims and provide training in
claim avoidance. Assisted 5 associates in resolving over $242,000 in potential/pending claims.
11/97 – 11/01 Morrison Knudsen Corporation, Cleveland, Ohio
· Promoted to multiple positions from Program Project Engineer to Project Manager providing Agency Construction
Management and Construction Manager At-Risk services. Also assigned as Project Scheduler II for multiple industrial
and commercial projects.
· As Program Project Engineer, assigned to industrial projects including a new truck cab fabrication plant for one of the
largest commercial truck manufactures in the United States. Also assigned as Project Manager to complete a new
industrial pump manufacturing facility. Gained historic renovation experience managing the historic restoration of an
open market in Cleveland, Ohio. Project values ranged from $10 million to $108 million
· Responsibilities included management of preconstruction activities, bid package development and award, managing
home office and field staff, implement and oversee all project controls, schedule management, oversee & coordinate
field operations and coordinate project close out.
· Upon company restructuring due to bankruptcy, assigned to corporate scheduling department as Project Scheduler II.

· Accepted contract labor position hired by a large tank/vessel manufacturer in central Ohio as Project Manager.
